responsibilities :
Build and run flexible project management processes across all internal IT projects
Deliver complex, high-visibility initiatives from planning to launch
Optimize resources and budgets while managing risks and timelines
Engage with stakeholders at every level, ensuring clarity, buy-in, and results
Drive process improvements, knowledge sharing, and effective project documentation
Support business analysis and change management - your skills will shape projects and empower organization-wide adoption
requirements-expected :
5+ years’ experience managing IT/technology projects and change especially internally for company
Strong process-building, stakeholder, and communication skills
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a strong plus
Excellent English - B2/C1 is a must
