As our IT Project Manager , with your knowledge and skills in Shared Services Centers configuration, you will be responsible for managing projects related to the implementation and configuration of Shared Services Centers, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of activities, as well as team building.

You will:

  1. Manage complex projects related to Shared Services Centers configuration, including setting goals, schedules, budgets, and resource management.
  2. Coordinate the activities of project teams, including programmers, business analysts, and other specialists, to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  3. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report project progress to management and stakeholders.
  4. Ensure project compliance with company guidelines and standards, as well as industry regulations and norms.
  5. Identify and manage project risks, taking corrective actions when issues arise.
  6. Collaborate with business teams to understand customer requirements and expectations, and ensure the appropriate configuration of shared services.

You need:

  1. Experience in IT project management, preferably with knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  2. Familiarity with processes and tools related to Shared Services Centers configuration.
  3. Ability to effectively manage project resources, schedules, and budgets.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  5. Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively.
  6. Bachelors degree in a technical or business-related field such as computer science or project management.
