We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong consultancy skills to support and lead strategic projects in labs across our R&D and manufacturing plants. This role includes managing the following critical initiatives:
- RFP for a holistic Quality Assurance (QA) platform.
- RFP for a Scientific Data Cloud solution (e.g., Tetrascience), including vendor evaluation and selection.
responsibilities :
Design and manage the RFP processes for the QA platform and Scientific Data Cloud solution.
Define business requirements, develop evaluation criteria, and facilitate vendor selection.
Engage with vendors through workshops, proposals, and technical discussions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations.
Ensure alignment of all projects with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Deliver clear and actionable insights to support decision-making processes.

Extensive experience in project management within R&D or Manufacturing labs preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of leading RFPs for IT solutions and overseeing lab projects.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
Strong consultancy skills with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Familiarity with lab systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, CDS), QA workflows, and data management solutions.
In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, including GxP standards.
Expertise in vendor evaluation, system validation, and deployment processes.
