We support the free and open web and work with Drupal, WordPress, Laravel, WooCommerce and many more technologies.

Hello stars of project management!

We are currently looking for a new team member who will take on the challenges of our web projects management. If you love working with inspiring people and want to expand your experience in an environment focused on learning and constant growth, let us know if these skills match your profile.

Required qualifications and skills

1. At least 2 years of experience at digital agencies, software houses or a similar environment, gaining an understanding of the operations of websites and web/mobile applications.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience related to web project management.
3. Familiarity with general web development and/or UX design principles.
4. Experience using Agile software development principles.
5. Proficient in Jira as a project management tool.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
7. Strong know-how in leadership and coaching.
8. Accuracy and self-reliance in performing tasks.
9. Ability to communicate in English (at least C1 level).
10. Proficient in Google Workspace.

Nice-to-have skills

1. Familiarity with the principles of SEO and web analytics.
2. Experience in key account management and business development.
3. Agile, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification.

Your responsibilities

1. Work with creative people who are willing to share their experience to boost your professional growth.
2. Close cooperation with key clients to understand their needs, gain data-driven insights, and suggest optimal solutions as their guide and digital partner.
3. Take responsibility for meeting project business requirements, supervising project economy, and planning and coordinating project teams’ work.
4. Cooperate with a team of consultants, analysts, designers, developers, and testers to improve the quality of delivery and internal processes.
5. Manage from one big project to 4-5 small projects.
