responsibilities :

Handle several IT projects simultaneously, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, scope, and with the impact our clients expect;
Manage the entire lifecycle of IT project management: set clear goals, define milestones, plan and assign tasks, monitor progress, keep everyone on track while overseeing all project phases;
Keep clients and stakeholders in the loop with regular updates, ensuring transparent communication and strong relationships;
Support your team, ensuring everyone’s got what they need to deliver top-notch results;
Monitor the quality of dev work, performance, deliverables and continuously improve processes to make sure we’re always one step ahead.

requirements-expected :

2+ years of IT Project Management experience, managing multiple projects for external clients at once, juggling timelines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks;
Fluency in both Polish and business English—essential for smooth communication with both clients and internal teams;
In-person cooperation in Wrocław or close proximity and readiness to work in the office 4 days a week;
Pro-level communication skills—you know how to get the message across clearly and effectively, whether it’s with clients or your team;
Reliability is second nature to you—when you’re in charge, things get done right;
Independent decision-making—you don’t wait for answers, you make the call and own it;
Strong organization skills with the ability to adapt and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
