responsibilities :
IT Senior Program Manager at Sourceful has a natural ability to build a solid relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements. Creates, manages, and distributes project communications artifacts like charters, schedules, and budgets. Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.

- Manage every aspect of a project, including its planning, communication, risk assessment, budget, reporting and resources.
- Taking responsibility over the whole initiative and being able to think along with business decisions
- Capable to establish and keep appropriate governance model in line with business expectations
- Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
- Establish realistic goals and implement action plans for achieving set objectives
- Manage deadlines and motivate the team to ensure timeliness
- Ensure availability of financial, material and human resources required to successfully complete a project
- Evaluate the progress of a project to detect limitations or faults in order to seek solutions to a more efficient process
- Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Use specialized tools and techniques to delegate and ensure even distribution of tasks to project team members
- Proffer solutions effective in meeting set targets and satisfying client requirements
- Motivate team members to meet project goals by effectively carrying out their responsibilities
- Coordinate with other 3rd parties as needed
- Integrated Project Management best practices into solutions delivery activities
- Develop and initiate new internal processes to improve common project management practice in organization.
- Develop and implement project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
- Monitor industry trends to identify changes in project strategies, tools, terminology and to adjust accordingly
- Develop internal communication strategies useful in ensuring communication between various departments of an organization
- Oversee the recruiting and orienting of project personnel to ensure a capable workforce
- Participate in educational programs to update job knowledge and expand personal network
requirements-expected :
Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical area of study
5/6+ years of experience in project and/or program management roles
Experience in international environments
A good communicator that has strong stakeholder management skills
Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict-management
Time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting
Familiarity with the work being done by each team member
Several years of experience in people and resource management are essential to the position.
Able to direct the operations of a project unit to ensure set goals are achieved
Communication skill: They communicate with project managers to relay information about a project to team members
Problem-solving skill: They apply project management principles and methodologies in seeking solutions to project problems.
Experience in planning projects with large data sets and making decisions for data-driven analytics.
Demonstrated communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate ideas.
Proven leadership skills.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
Knowledge of agile project management
Completing a certification program from a recognized project management institute e.g. PMP, Prince2, AgilePM certification is a plus
Fluent in English language, proficient in writing (min. C1 level)
