Exciting cross-domain business project for US and Canada market. Opportunity to work directly with Product Leadership in delivering a new payment product suite. This role requires visits in office in Warsaw - 1-2x per week and willingness to partially work in US overlapping time-zone - ca. 2 days a week.

IT Project Manager

Your responsibilities

• Defining project scope, goals, and objectives.
• Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Establishing communication plans and reporting structures.
• Managing project resources (people, budget, materials).
• Tracking progress against the plan, identifying variances, and taking corrective actions.

Our requirements

• Project Manager/Scrum Master total experience - 4 years+
• Experience with collaboration with international teams (english speaking, preferably US, UK) - at least 2 years
• Knowledge of project governance and frameworks
• Knowledge of SLDC life cycle and agile methodology
• Analytical mind - well organized and used to prepare project documentation
• Willingness to partially work in US overlapping time-zone - ca. 2 days a week - the setup to be agreed
