responsibilities :
Managing project delivery across multiple functional departments from requirements to deployment identifying schedules, scopes, implementation and risk mitigation
Providing the project teams with clear purpose, direction, and motivation
Track project deliverables
Collaborate closely with the D365 Competence Center to ensure the solution is fully prepared for deployment, aligning with business requirements, technical standards, and best practices.
Project planning to define tasks, project scheduling, assessing dependencies, managing assignments, monitoring progress and communicating to the project team, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Prioritize scope elements with business and other stakeholders to focus on value and speed to market
Work closely with the Business process owners to define project deliverables and governance in a lean and efficient manner aligned with objectives.
Provides clarity around project risks and issues and negotiate across stakeholders when needed to ensure priorities and objectives are addressed
Provides regular project communication to all stakeholders.
Provides project reporting metrics against quality, time, risk, scope, and budget including recommendation for improvements
Follow a change process to manage including change requests when require, escalation of issues and risks to proactively address any roadblocks or need for decisions
Leverage modern practices: Kanban, Agile, Stand-up meetings on progress, etc. to ensure best insight on the issues to be solved and best approach to get to value.
requirements-expected :
Five years of experience overseeing IT projects (Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, ERP, MRP, Operations, Business Applications).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project and MS Share Point and experience leveraging modern tools: Kanban boards, online facilitation tools and techniques
Experience working within Manufacturing - preferred
Experience working with Business Analysist, Developers, Systems Administrators and other IT resources.
Passionate about enabling business through system applications
Experience effectively communicating with senior management and with multicultural teams; adapting style to audience
Excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven ability to work in cross functional/matrix organizations
Demonstrated ability for effective meeting facilitation leveraging modern techniques
Track record of driving for results and taking initiative
Advanced problem solving skills, along with a demonstrated ability to outline and organize complex business processes into simplified steps and common language.
Demonstrate passion to succeed, inspire and motivate project teams/resources
Focus on customers: creating positive experiences through active listening, seeking feedback for action continuous improvements, and follow through, as well as sharing an informed point of view to make solid recommendations
