Candidate profile

We are looking for an individual who has extensive project management experience (minimum of 3 years) and wants to take responsibility for project success . Additionally, they have knowledge of a project management framework such as PMI/Prince2. They are able to work effectively in multiple threads simultaneously, in a VUCA environment. They are not afraid of feedback and disagreement , and they are able to work with different personality types. It is someone who can balance organizing and planning project work with giving initiative and control to the team. It is also someone who is entrepreneurial , i.e., proactively and creatively solves problems, keeping in mind the welfare of the client and own team.

At Brainhub, you will:

• Support one or more teams simultaneously to successfully deliver customer solutions,
• Have influence and responsibility for achieving the established project goals and objectives of the organization,
• Monitor team performance, quality delivered to customers, and project budget, scope and schedule,
• Manage both stakeholders and communications to them, as well as project risks,
• Define and improve delivery processes using knowledge, data (project metrics) and creativity,
• Work directly with stakeholders on the client side and at Brainhub, especially project teams and clients,
• Identify the needs and problems of teams and customers, and support them in achieving appropriate solutions,
• Collaborate with non-project teams to continuously improve Brainhubs services.

Good if you:

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, gained in projects in an international and corporate environment,
• You are familiar with at least one project management framework (e.g. PMI or Prince2),
• You have experience in classic and agile project management and are familiar with concepts such as scope/budget/time/risk/communication management,
• You have practice in measuring project effectiveness and team performance based on data and metrics,
• You naturally create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and the team, and are not afraid to tackle difficult topics,
• You have practice in change management and negotiation,
• You take responsibility for processes and tasks, are able to take risks, and are characterized by ingenuity and openness to dialogue,
• Communicate fluently in English - at least at the C1 level.

Ideally, if:

• You have product management experience so that you will be able to support customer and team collaboration in the area of Product Management/Product Ownership (nice to have).
• You have practice in the pre-sales process (nice to have).
