Looking for an exciting, independent, and impactful role? Join us at Flügger as an IT Project Manager at our Gdansk office in Poland.

In this role, you’ll be part of the IT & Digitalisation team, leading IT projects that impact over 1,500 colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Poland, and Iceland. You’ll be key in delivering innovative IT solutions while contributing to our transformative journey.

About the role

As part of our PMO team, you will:

• Manage diverse IT projects from planning to successful delivery.
• Coordinate project teams, budgets, and timelines.
• Drive the implementation of IT systems, such as ERP, infrastructure upgrades, and cloud solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a project manager with:

• Proven Expertise: Strong experience managing complex IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Technical Insight: A solid understanding of IT systems, architecture, and infrastructure, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and senior management, to align project goals with business needs.
• Change Management: Ability to lead change initiatives and ensure seamless adoption of IT solutions across the organisation.

Education:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Additional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
