IT Project Manager Miejsce pracy: Sopot Technologies we use Expected Jira Confluence MS Project About the project We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager who will lead and coordinate both organizational and technology driven projects. This role is key to executing strategic initiatives across the company and requires a blend of strong project leadership, business awareness, and the ability to work cross functionally. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals. Your responsibilities plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of organizational and IT projects using recognized project management methodologies (PMI / PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum), manage project timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks, ensuring proactive mitigation and stakeholder alignment, translate business requirements into clear project scopes, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical experts, drive cross functional initiatives, ensuring cooperation across departments such as IT, Operations, HR, Finance, and Business Units, prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risk logs, status reports, and post implementation reviews, report progress regularly to internal stakeholders, including leadership teams, implement best practices in project management, process optimization, and continuous improvement, ensure successful handover to operations, supporting change management processes where needed. Our requirements 3 years of proven experience managing organizational and IT projects (preferably in a corporate or multinational environment), strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMI / PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum), proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar systems, ability to manage timelines, budgets, risks, vendors, and cross department dependencies, strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration between technical and non technical teams, solid understanding of IT technologies, system integrations, and business processes, excellent English skills (spoken and written) additional languages are a plus, a proactive and structured approach to problem solving and delivering high quality results.
