We are looking for Project Managers with experience in project management and implementing PIM systems for product information management, business process automation, digital business process transformation using AI, and/or e-commerce implementations (B2B, B2C) to join our team.
The ideal candidate possesses business analysis skills and understands the needs and challenges of complex business processes in the area of product information management and e-commerce solutions. They are proactive and communicate well with clients, able to act as a liaison between the business and IT communities, while also ensuring release schedules, development team planning, and the delivery of high-quality IT solutions within ongoing projects.
Experience in consulting and implementation projects, as well as working in an international environment, is a plus.

Collaboration with clients and development teams to provide services, maintain proper communication, and ensure information flow.
Effective and comprehensive project management, proposing a variety of company services and solutions that support clients, budgets, cash flow, quality, and on-time delivery.
Coordinating work on ongoing projects: maintenance, development, and SLAs, planning and monitoring project progress.
Managing the project portfolio and budgets, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports.
Planning and optimizing resources required for project implementation.
Conducting analytical meetings or workshops with clients—sometimes at the clients premises (willingness to travel occasionally).
Providing consulting and technical support to clients.
Co-creating business analyses and system requirements, determining client needs, and translating them into team tasks.
Responsibility for established business goals and KPIs.
Identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management in the PIM and/or E-commerce industry.
Excellent project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, knowledge of analytical tools, experience in conducting business analysis.
Experience working in an international environment.
Knowledge of Polish and English at least B2/C1 level (everyday communication in speech and writing).
Ability to communicate effectively, build lasting relationships with clients and the team based on trust, substantive support and quality delivery.
Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
Good organization of own and team work, ability to set priorities.
Higher education - minimum bachelors degree in business, information technology or related field.
An attitude supporting the board and management in achieving strategic business goals.
Knowledge of the business aspects of the e-commerce industry, product suppliers (manufacturers, importers), experience in working on projects involving the integration of multiple systems within an IT architecture, and collaboration with a wide variety of client teams, from R&D, technology, and logistics departments to sales, e-commerce, marketing, and content management.
Knowledge of the various stages of system implementation, including coordinating work at the intersection of DevOps, hardware, security, and software departments.
