• End-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT and business projects according to scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordination and communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Definition and management of project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
• Monitoring of project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation and transparent reporting
• Preparation and facilitation of project meetings, reviews, and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with governance, security, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribution to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices

• Proven experience (min. 3 years) in managing IT or digital transformation projects
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Initiative, ownership, and a structured, results-oriented working style
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
