Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate solid technical knowledge and business acumen, possess knowledge of project development processes and/or SDLC, and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities may evolve as the organizational strategy evolves.
2. Manage 1-2 concurrent projects successfully.
3. Manage project deliverables including technical solution, implementation, support, and quality. Understand and participate in multiple phases of project implementations.
4. Collaborate with Portfolio teams, Application Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and various IT and business teams to prioritize work and schedules.
5. Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence to standards/regulatory requirements.
6. Define and execute project plans and report project status, issues, progress, budget, etc. to the appropriate service owners/management including project review meetings and dashboards.

Required skills and qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. 1-3+ years of technical experience including 3+ years of project leadership.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
4. SCM Scrum Certification is a plus.
5. Good knowledge of project development/implementation processes.
6. Good presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
7. Proven track record on delivering projects with little additional direction.
8. Working knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and project management processes.
9. Critical thinking, problem solving and business acumen skills.
10. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
