We are looking for an experienced IT Project Financial Analyst to join our client’s team.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, monitoring financial performance, overseeing procurement processes, and supporting project managers in financial planning and forecasting.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical skills who enjoys working in a dynamic, international IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and support financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership on financial reporting and period closures.
- Handle procurement processes in Ariba, including creating, tracking, and closing Purchase Orders.
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) in ServiceNow – prepare, track approvals, and manage closures.
- Prepare regular financial reports and insights for senior management.
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain up-to-date financial documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project financial management, preferably within an IT environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, Nicus, Ariba, and ServiceNow.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; solid knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international environment.
