We are currently looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join our cross-functional, international Global IT team, with team members based in Germany, Poland, Denmark, and India, and contribute to the coordination and delivery of IT projects that support our strategic objectives.
responsibilities :
Coordinate the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects, working closely with Business Process Owners, Product Owners and Project Owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth progress.
Monitor project progress, addressing issues proactively to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks.
Prepare and distribute essential project documentation, such as status reports, meeting minutes, and updates, to keep stakeholders informed.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders to support alignment and goal achievement.
Assist in managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Support change management activities to ensure the smooth adoption of new systems and processes by teams.
Help develop Business Cases that serve as foundations for decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies.
We are working with NAV, AX2012, and D365F&O, so familiarity with these systems is advantageous.
requirements-expected :
possess a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field;
have proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, with previous experience in IT project coordination or participation in IT projects as an advantage;
have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies;
demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
have strong communication and interpersonal abilities, along with analytical and critical thinking skills;
are proficient in project management software and tools;
are detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
have a can-do attitude, willing to take on challenges and to accomplish tasks;
possess general ERP skills (is an advantage but not a must);
are open to occasional travel for specific projects;
are fluent in English and Polish – written and oral.
