These platforms include Invia.cz, travelplanet.pl, which offers a wide range of summer and winter tours; Ab-in-den-Urlaub.de, which provides last-minute trips, vacation packages, apartments, flights, rental cars, and a platform that provides flight offers from over 550 airlines; and several others, each specializing in various facets of travel and accommodation. 

Invia Groups story is marked by rapid growth and expansion, having entered seven countries within two years. We merged operations from different countries to form the current Invia Group, a dominant online player in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) regions.

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise program management, including leading long-term, complex integration initiatives in IT environments.
  • Experience in at least 2 companies in a similar role, with at least one being an IT company.
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing (working in an international environment, preparing presentations, reports, and leading meetings).
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools (including configuration, workflow optimization, reporting, and dashboard management).
  • Ability to prepare professional presentations and reports for management (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar).
  • Experience working in a dynamic, changing environment, managing change, and adapting to new challenges.
  • Practical knowledge of PMI standards (PMP certification or equivalent is a plus), with experience training other managers on project management standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

,[Consolidate, coordinate, and oversee all IT projects and products in the company on a global level, including managing dependencies, schedules, and resources within complex transformation programs., Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, presentations, and analyses for the CTO and management team., Identify, assess, and monitor program risks, including those from project dependencies, resource limits, and external factors; implement and supervise risk management plans., Maintain and develop project management standards based on PMI; train managers and teams on best practices, tools, and project processes., Manage communication with all stakeholders, including regularly informing about program status, changes, risks, and achievements., Support and improve reporting processes and standardize tools (Jira, Confluence) across the organization, including implementing and configuring advanced reporting solutions and dashboards., Participate in strategic planning of product development, ensuring activities align with the company’s business goals., Document program progress, create and maintain risk registers, decisions, and key agreements., Promote a culture of continuous improvement by initiating and implementing process enhancements.
