Work in an international team working together to ensure the satisfaction of internal users spread across the companys locations worldwide;
Continuous contact with users to collect and analyze their needs and propose solutions, manage backlog and work in sprints, prioritize features and requirements, ensure end-user satisfaction;
Communication with developers to implement required features and responsibility for test coordination;
Maintenance and optimization of deployed solutions and management of the application lifecycle (infrastructure maintenance and monitoring, releases and updates, ensuring availability of installation scripts, contact with vendors and suppliers, contract management, optimization of license consumption);
Operational activities - working on user requests in 2nd and 3rd line support.
requirements-expected :
Experience in IT product ownership and IT product development;
Knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product backlog management/prioritization;
Understanding of ITIL in a modern organization, preferably with several years of experience in its application;
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently;
Willingness and motivation for interactive meetings, also in different locations;
University degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is also very welcome;
Knowledge of tools such as KeyShot, 3ds Max, FBX Review, VRED, HDR Light Studio, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Pixyz is an added advantage.
