We are looking for an IT Product Owner to join our Websites & eCommerce team and lead the development of our digital platforms supporting fleet management and direct sales. You will be responsible for shaping the evolution of our website factory and online sales solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into a clear product vision and actionable roadmap. In this role, you will ensure that robust, scalable, and user‑centric digital solutions enable the fleet management business to perform at its best while driving our ongoing agile transformation.

Your tasks

• Taking ownership of applications, including budget, roadmap, and reporting
• Maximizing the value delivered by the products
• Defining and driving change management with business stakeholders
• Building and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog
• Ensuring compliance with corporate governance and IT standards
• Driving continuous improvement in quality, security, and performance
• Facilitating collaboration between agile teams and the wider organization
• Acting as a change agent and partner for both business and IT

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Product Owner, ideally in web platforms and eCommerce
• Experience in working within a corporate governance environment, including budget and risk management
• Practical experience with SAFe or SAFe‑like Agile frameworks
• Strong communication skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to move between strategic vision and detailed execution
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to commute to the office in Warsaw 2 - 3 days a week
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
