IT Product Manager (SAP Success Factors Learning Management) (K/M) Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Expected SAP SuccessFactors LMS SAP Operating system Windows About the project As an IT Product Manager in HR IT, you will take ownership of HR IT applications within our WebSolutions team, ensuring their stability, performance, and continuous improvement. You will act as a key interface between business, IT teams in Germany, and external service providers, combining functional HR knowledge with strong technical expertise. Your role will be critical to ensuring smooth daily operations of HR systems and driving automation, digitization, and high-quality service delivery across the Lufthansa Group. Your responsibilities Manage HR IT applications within SAP (including SAP SuccessFactors) Ensure stable and reliable operation of HR applications for LGBS and Lufthansa Group worldwide Coordinate smooth releases, updates, upgrades, and testing activities Customize applications according to business and technical requirements Build custom and scheduled reports based on business needs Handle permissions and access management for assigned HR applications Act as the primary contact for IT-related topics for HR process owners and operations Take ownership of all issues related to assigned HR applications Coordinate Help Desk activities and handle tickets as 3rd level support Monitor interfaces and automated processes to ensure integrity, performance, and stability Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of major incidents Manage external IT service providers and ensure SLA compliance Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across business, IT, and operations Translate business requirements into technical solutions together with IT teams and providers Design and implement new HR IT solutions Drive automation and digitization of HR processes Derive technical and conceptual improvements based on monitoring and analysis Support transition from solution design into operational service management All other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors Our requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Minimum 3 years of experience working with business-critical HR IT systems - SAP Success Factors Learning (LMS - preferred) or a comparable Learning Management System At least 3 years of experience analyzing and translating business or functional requirements Strong functional and technical understanding of IT systems Experience in provider and SLA management Practical knowledge of monitoring interfaces and automated processes SAP technology knowledge Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Suite Good understanding of HR processes Experience with service management and change management Excellent English (spoken and written) German language skills will be an advantage Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style Strong analytical and conceptual thinking Excellent communication skills in an intercultural environment Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset Strong time management and organizational skills Team player with flexibility and adaptability Willingness to travel occasionally What we offer New branded and modern office: 200 adjustable desks, several types of meeting rooms, bike amenities, lounge rooms and chill out spaces, cozy kitchens and excellent public transport in a walking distance (rondo Matecznego) Hybrid working model & task based working system Possibility to fulfil a dream about far journeys with attractive travel benefits Access to LinkedIn Learning online courses, access to online platform with language courses and possibility to take part in trainings prepared by our amazing training team Continuous improvement environment Supportive & friendly working atmosphere - we work towards a joint success Package of benefits like: private medical care, Multisport Card, pre-paid cards and more Employee referral program, integration events and charity initiatives Benefits sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care life insurance flexible working time corporate products and services at discounted prices integration events no dress code coffee / tea parking space for employees leisure zone extra social benefits pre-paid cards sharing the costs of tickets to the movies, theater employee referral program charity initiatives flight privileges Santa events for children relocation package facilities for cyclists (lockers, shower) Recruitment stages CV analysis Phone screening Interview The salary offer for this position will be presented after the interview stage, at the time of extending an employment offer, allowing sufficient time to review and discuss the proposed terms of employment and compensation.
