About the Role
You will be the Product Manager for finance applications (Atlas & Trinity – SAP ECC 6 ERP systems) used across Mars Snacking, Pet Nutrition, Food & Multisales, and MGS segments. This is a global role, supporting Mars operations worldwide.
You’ll lead a team of 5 Associates and work with partner organizations to achieve your goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of finance applications and services, including team and partner management.
- Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors, set requirements, and manage relationships.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to users of the product.
- Product Development: Influence how the product is developed and rolled out.
- Performance Tracking: Set and monitor KPIs, analyze data to improve products.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Be the go-to person for business needs, working with various teams across Mars.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Digital Technologies teams (Platform, Database, Security, etc.).
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for all product areas.
- Agile Leadership: Promote agile ways of working with your team and customers.
- Team Development: Build and develop your team to support future ERP transformation projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working on IT Products and Services, particularly in the Finance area.
- Experience of Financial Operations as a business process would be useful to have.
- Flexible, agile learner, ready to develop their functional skillset in an area which is evolving & digitalising quickly.
- Functional & technical knowledge in ERP solutions.
- Demonstrate people leadership capability, particularly in a remote & global environment.
- Able to negotiate & collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities for themselves & the team.
- Financial and Budget management experience.
- Experience in vendor management.
- ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus.
