PURPOSE OF THE MISSION

• Your mission will be to develop, deploy and maintain a selected scope of our AI based solutions.
• As IT Leader of the AI Digital domain, you will be in charge to cooperate actively with Business functions especially with Marketing and Customer Services teams key stakeholders to understand Business requirements and strategic stake. Your responsibility will be to implement but also contribute actively to IT Group Strategy by proposing leading and innovative IT solutions based on AI technology.
• You will actively contribute to the product vision alongside the business product owners.
• Your main objective will be to define and secure the roadmap of deliveries of Projects and Products. To implement the chosen solutions and associated features & enhancements (what, when, how, why), you will have to coordinate the different IT actors (development teams, support teams, etc.).
• You are responsible for creation of value within your scope.

PROFILE & SKILLS

Understand the fundamental concepts of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Bot technologies, such as Generative AI, GPT architecture, LLM models and NLP/NLU.

Experience in Data Science will be a key competence for this position.

You have a first successful experience in a similar position or successful technical experience in leading solutions based on AI Technologies (team management, architecture, development, etc.).

You are familiar with IT product and project management and know the complete lifecycles and different implementation methods (Agile, Waterfall).

You have real IT / Digital competence and can show vision and leadership on technical subjects.

Technical environment:

• Tools, libraries, and platforms used to develop generative AI solutions, libraries specific to natural language processing (NPL and NLU techniques)
• Applications landscape technical environment: Web / Open Source
• Languages: Python, R
• Open-source IA generative model, LLM
• Other Tools: JIRA, Confluence.
