As the IT Product Architect for Data Foundation, you will lead the architecture of one of Arla’s most vital technology platforms. Our data foundation is built on two strategic platforms - Azure Databricks and SAP data ecosystem. In this role, you will take ownership of the Azure platform, ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and fit for purpose.
responsibilities :
Owning and driving the product architecture to ensure it is fit for purpose and aligns with the vision set by the Head of IT Product.
Engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs, providing architectural support to drive the adoption of data foundation capabilities.
Building and maintaining the technical roadmap for the Data Foundation product to ensure long-term scalability and stability.
Ensuring compliance with Arla IT standards, security protocols, and architectural governance.
Managing technical debt by maintaining a tracker and driving initiatives to keep it manageable.
Coaching IT Specialists on architectural matters to build technical excellence and professional growth within the team.
Setting quality and documentation standards for the product to ensure transparency and operational excellence.
requirements-expected :
Extensive experience in IT architecture, specifically within modern data environments.
Deep technical expertise in Databricks or Azure Integration Services or Azure Data Services.
Experience working with platform engineering in a product-led organization to drive scalable and stable technology platforms.
Proven ability to lead technical decision-making, including tool selection and integration design.
Experience with agile methodologies and maintaining technical roadmaps in an enterprise setting.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to coach specialists and engage with customers and stakeholders.
Fluency in English at a professional level.
