- Create clear, actionable strategies for supplier and contract negotiations aimed at delivering measurable cost savings.
- Conduct forensic reviews of contracts, invoices, and spend data to provide a comprehensive view of supplier relationships and financial commitments.
- Act as the primary liaison with Business Functions, IT, and Procurement teams worldwide to understand service requirements and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Partner with technical teams to evaluate solutions, licensing volumes, SLAs, and services, identifying opportunities for right-sizing and cost optimization.
- Analyze inventory trends and future strategies to inform cost-saving decisions and technology investments.
- Maintain initiative tracking, management information (MI) reporting, and dashboards to demonstrate progress and savings achieved.
- Document and present clear evidence of in-year and annual run-rate savings, including contract payment profiles.
- Develop compelling commercial proposals outlining benefits and cost overviews.
- Assist customers in supplier negotiations and the drafting of contract terms to secure favorable outcomes.
- Lead RFPs to improve commercial terms or replace services with better-value alternatives.

We are looking for candidates that have experience in commercial, financial, or procurement / sourcing related areas.
Experience of working within one of the following sectors: global financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, private equity as well as fintechs and technology companies.
Good experience of financial modelling, P&L vs. Cash positions, account treatment of OpEx and CapEx, depreciation lifecycles, VAT recovery etc.
Demonstrable experience in vendor, cost and commercial management including cost reduction / optimisation programmes as well as supplier contract negotiation
Experience of working at all levels of an organisation, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management ability.
Flexibility, the job holder must be able to adapt to changing CoCo and customer requirements.
Work alone or within a larger team, but it is essential you are a self-starter and are able to devise your own strategies and approaches to solve customer problems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially Excel.
