• 3+ years experience in purchasing/procurement
• Previous experience in commercial role
• Ability to work in ERP/WMS
• Project management knowledge
• Experience in project-oriented procurement and vendor negotiations
• Ability to select device configurations (e.g. CPU, RAM, HDD size) using distributor websites
• Experience in working with distributors or OEMs is a major advantage
• Process orders for BAU projects and support new projects’ implementation
• Ensure the goods are procured and delivered at best possible price, within deadline and from most reliable vendors to maximize the margin of a project
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of contracts with strategic vendors and establish relationships with them
• Be responsible for selecting the best vendors
