Opis stanowiska pracy

We are thrilled to anounce great news form Katowice market - we are starting to build from the scratch new IT Hub in Katowice. Our Client is a global producer of sustainable stainless steel, whose main target is to reduce carbon footprint 10,000,000 tonnes annually. We are looking for experienced Process Specialist who will be responsible for:

• Monitor and audit process performance and compliance on continuous basis both locally and globally
• Use measures to assess performance, progress, and provide indications and insights to proactively prevent actual or potential problems, issues, and risks
• Drive continual process improvement, maintain, and execute the process development roadmap
• Implement processes including trainings (internal and external teams) e.g., on-/offboarding of new vendors, Product Owners, Service Managers, development teams
• Document both formal process descriptions and hands-on how-to guides
• Act as an ambassador, promote global and harmonized IT Service Management processes
• Collaborate with IT Service Managers, ServiceNow and Power BI developers, other IT team members.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand IT process development needs from end user perspective.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Service Processes
• Analytical approach and process design-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Working experience with ITSM (ServiceNow or similar) and reporting tools is a plus
• ITIL knowledge.
