If you are looking for a global impact that is shaped by values such as entrepreneurship, commitment, partnership and Menschlichkeit, the position could be the ideal challenge for you.Your responsibilities, Drive and shape the vision for IT Configuration Management practice, Collaborate with and lead Configuration Management team, Promote visibility and understanding of Configuration Management practice across IT Units, Finish building enterprise CMDB as single source of truth, Implement Common Service Data Model and Service Mapping between Configuration Items and business/technical services, Establish Configuration Management process for maintaining the CMDB, Define and manage relationships between Configuration Management and other IT service management practices, Design lifecycle approach per Configuration Item classesExpertise in managing Configuration Management practice (CMDB, CSDM) in Service Now, Good understanding of overall ITIL Service Management practices (incident, problem, change, service request and event management), Comprehensive experience in data management and modelling, Experience in process modeling (e.G.
