Your role:

As the Business Process Expert (BPE) for Technology & Automation , you will drive the automation and AI strategy for Employee Services, dealing with global process owners, business process experts, delivery teams, and AI project teams to implement a robust automation roadmap. You will represent Employee Services in advanced automation initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to optimize processes while fostering an automation mindset across teams. You will also be managing a portfolio of 150+ HR IT applications, collaborating with cluster owners to assess applications across dimensions like cost, architecture, and business fit, defining strategic directions and target states.

You will be acting as a central point of contact for technology-related initiatives, bridging Functional Solution and Delivery teams while developing and executing strategies aligned with specific organizational capabilities. Your role will involve leading the Evolutionary Maintenance process to manage technology enhancements effectively, fostering cross-team collaboration.

Who you are:

• Proven experience in managing IT portfolios and developing capability-specific strategies that align with business priorities.
• Expertise in HR/Employee Services processes.
• Strong project management experience, particularly in automation and AI technology projects that enhance employee experience and/or operational efficiency.
• Excellent process development and management skills, with a focus on HR/Employee Services.
• Effective stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
• Strong skills in managing intercultural and virtual teams.
• Excellent communication, change management, and influencing abilities.
