responsibilities :


  • Administration
  • − Preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings and regular appointments including keeping minutes
  • − Performing administrative and organizational tasks to support project management
  • − Supporting the onboarding and authorization process of new employees
  • − Takeover of the office organization, such as e-mail and correspondence processing
  • Reporting, analysis and documentation
  • − Creation and continuous maintenance of project plans and status reports
  • − Creation of presentations, decision templates, statistics and documentation
  • − Preparation and further development of evaluations as well as deviation and milestone analyses
  • Conception and planning
  • − Participation in the definition and planning of (sub)projects and individual tasks
  • − Support the development and implementation of processes
  • − Participation in the creation of process descriptions − Assist in resource hiring, onboarding and utilization. − Ensure resource upskilling and knowledge management. − coordinate customer visits , meetings and presentations
  • Controlling and Monitoring
  • − Monitoring the progress of the project and monitoring its progress
  • − Monitor and update all ongoing tasks of the project team and their deadlines
  • − Editing and monitoring of deadline lists, resubmissions and to-do lists
  • Further development and innovation
  • − Development of guidelines, work instructions and proposals for the optimization and expansion of existing and planned workflows
  • Communication
  • − Continuous communication with all project participants to coordinate and pass on information
