The IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Resources Analyst will focus on supporting organizational changes, including communication and stakeholder management. You will be a part of a global team that provides IT frameworks to the organization and ensures smooth adoption of IT initiatives.
You will play a vital role in the IT People resources management (including needs’ identification and Supply/Demand Planning), as well as coordinate internal IT trainings for the IT organization globally.
responsibilities :
Work closely with IT teams globally and Corporate Communication group to ensure smooth change implementation.
Support communication related to the upgrades of existing or implementation of new IT solutions or initiatives.
Support various IT teams with identifying the impact on the stakeholders and end users of both the modifications and the visibility of changes in IT processes and solutions.
Assess the impact and risks, and work on preventive measures for all IT changes.
Coordinate change and trainings calendars, be the “voice of the end user”.
Support the Agile Transformation Organizational Change Management.
Develop the framework for overall Supply and Demand process for IT People resources and execute its objectives.
Create and maintain a model to predict resource availability basing on the analysis of the skills and services needed at the given time.
Define SMART metrics and scorecards for areas of process ownership to measure the results of the processes and leading indicators to predict future behavior. Analyze and act on the results.
Work closely with IT Leaders and IT Owners to understand the internal/external training needs for IT globally and provide support in addressing these needs while cooperating with the Learning and Development team and using existing resources (online platforms and sessions, SMEs).
Develop and maintain IT Learning page that contains all available IT training resources.
Work closely with IT teams across the enterprise to ensure the IT Planning processes are executed according to the outlined standards. Drive collaborative discussions, challenging the status quo to create value for the company.

Availability to take on an 18 months long assignment.
Fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
Ability to work and communicate effectively on various levels of organization, including Senior Management.
5+ years of experience in an international environment.
1-3 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Experience in and understanding of the Organizational Change Management Process.
Experience in resource demand and capacity planning, with strong analytical skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and react to fast-changing environment, handling multiple projects/initiatives at once.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with both business and IT stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively in disperse teams.
Strong organizational skills with focus on stakeholder management.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams as a collaborative tool).
