ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Network Support Team Coordinator will be responsible for co-managing the day-to-day operations of the Network Factory Team (ca. 20 people), providing a service for the customers.

• Communicative English and Polish language (spoken and written).
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Solid knowledge of systems and solutions supporting the Networking area.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage relations with teammates, customers, and other stakeholders

Nice to have:

• IT-related education completed or in progress
• Experience in managing/coordinating IT operations
