The IT Application Operations Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth deployment and operation of applications such as NBI/NIPS/NIS in PREPROD and PROD environments. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving application stability, ensuring performance and availability, and managing incidents, service requests, and changes as part of the IT Operations lifecycle.

Overseeing deployments to PREPROD/PROD, ensuring alignment with operational standards and timelines.
Monitoring application health and addressing system anomalies promptly.
Performing root cause analysis and working towards permanent resolutions for recurring issues.
Supporting incident, change, and problem management processes to maintain service continuity.
Maintaining documentation, including operational procedures and troubleshooting guides, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational improvements and the implementation of new functionalities.
Developing scripts and tools to automate routine operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Proactively analyzing logs and system performance to prevent potential issues.
Description of knowledge and experience
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a solid foundation in IT Application Operations, with a strong focus on problem-solving, communication, and a proactive approach to system maintenance.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including experience with filesystem and log analysis.
Familiarity with MSSQL databases, including the ability to query, analyze, and troubleshoot database performance issues.
Experience with ASP.NET.
At least 3-5 years of experience in IT application operations or a related role.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Experience in supporting applications in critical PREPROD/PROD environments.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly incident and change management.
Exposure to automation tools or scripting for operational tasks.
Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques for tracking application performance and availability.
