IT Operations Specialist

Your responsibilities

Application Maintenance L2 support and IT Operations on daily basis in DevOps team, working on changes, incident and problems and continuous improvements in support processes. Oracle DB with PL/SQL, Linux system. Close cooperation with development teams in DevOps organisation, analysis and design of non-functional requirements proposed and operational improvements. Maintenance and development of monitoring and automation solution for an area supported.

Our requirements

• Production Support candidate with 5+ years of experience having right attitude towards work and eager to learn new solutions and technologies
• Experience in Linux, Oracle DB with SQL, Shell Scripting
• Experience in DevOps / Agile way of working
• Fluent in English, good communication skills, in writing and talk
• Splunk, Grafana, PL/SQL, Jira, BitBucket, XML, UC4
• Docker, Kubernets
• Logi, AppDynamics
• Basics of Java and Java frameworks
• Bamboo
• Background in Banking & Capital Markets will be an asset
