As an IT Operations Specialist at Displate (on-site position) , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This includes managing and supporting hardware, software, and network systems to maintain optimal performance and security. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will have plenty of opportunities to be a superhero for Displate every day.

What will you do?

  • Provide L1 technical support and handle user service requests and issue reports.

  • Administer IT equipment (computers and accessories) and maintain audio & video equipment.

  • Grant and revoke accesses for users according to the policies.

  • Prepare user manuals.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets.

  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade systems.

  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

General expectations

  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems

  • Knowledge of Outlook365 or any other Microsoft enterprise solutions

  • Experience with Jira or any other issue management system

  • Experience in helpdesk, IT administration roles, or at least any other customer service role

  • Able to comfortably communicate in English (written and spoken) - B2 or higher

  • Fluent command of Polish (written and spoken)

  • This position is fully on-site and does not offer home office flexibility.

Nice to have

  • knowledge of Active Directory

  • familiarity with Linux operating systems

  • any experience with computer networks or networking hardware (servers, disk arrays, switches, firewalls, etc.)
