We are looking for a IT Operation Specialist to take part of a maintenance unit for clients Loan IQ application. This is an opportunity to work with the ITIL framework in practice as well as DevOps in an agile environment.
You’ll join the newly established Service Domain Corporate Loans in the application maintenance team. You’ll be a key person in interaction between all stakeholders: maintenance organization, business, operations, developers and testers.
responsibilities :
Solving and support to incident and problems
Support to change processes
Analyst task e.g. maintenance requirements to the solution
Acting as change manager for maintenance tasks
Stakeholder coordination and communication
Support to developers
Verification of changes can occur outside normal business hours
requirements-expected :
Experience in Oracle SQL queries/scripts
Experience in Windows Server administration
Maintaining and monitoring applications
Identifying and troubleshooting application issues
Hands-on experience in Powershell scripting/automation
Knowledge about monitoring solutions for systems and applications
Basic knowledge on IBM MQ
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with requirement/tasks management
Experience with stakeholder management
Excellent command of spoken and written English
