Amer Sports Global Business Services is looking for an IT Operations Network Specialist to join our IT Operations Run team. In this role, you will ensure the availability and performance of IT services and infrastructure, while also shaping processes and contributing to global standards. This is a great opportunity to work in a multi-country, multicultural environment, acting both independently and in close collaboration with global IT experts.
responsibilities :
Monitor IT networks and systems, ensuring performance and availability.
Analyze requests and incidents, troubleshoot issues, resolve independently or escalate as needed, and follow up until closure.
Administer, support, and maintain LAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
Operate and contribute to the Knowledge Database to support global IT processes.
Document procedures and maintain clear operational records.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives together with Global IT teams.
Evaluate risks and provide recommendations to strengthen IT operations and security.
requirements-expected :
3–5 years of professional experience in a similar IT operations or network administration role.
Solid expertise in LAN & WLAN (Cisco, HP, Aruba) and SD-WAN (routing protocols, QoS, Cisco).
Strong knowledge of network security, VPN/SSL, and Checkpoint technologies.
Familiarity with telephony systems (VoIP, Cisco, Mitel).
Good understanding of Windows Server environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Fluent English with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and rigor in daily operations.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple network incidents in line with company procedures.
Self-directed and innovative mindset.
Experience working in diverse, international settings or with global teams.
