As an IT Ops Engineer & Team Leader, you will lead the IT Operations function at Efigence – owning the strategy, budget and day-to-day delivery of IT services across the organization. You will manage a team of IT support specialists, drive security and compliance of the infrastructure and ensure fast, effective resolution of IT issues. Combining hands-on technical expertise with leadership and budget ownership, you will shape how IT Operations supports both on-site and remote employees – developers, designers and business teams alike.

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or infrastructure support roles
• Proven experience leading or coordinating an IT support team
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Puppet preferred)
• Experience with MDM solutions (Mosyle preferred)
• Familiarity with IT asset and license management processes
• Experience with VPN solutions and hardware security keys (e.g., YubiKey)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware and software
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and evaluate contractor performance
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to cost control and documentation
• Strong communication skills – comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users
• English – B2+ (technical documentation, communication with international teams)
• Polish – B2+ (daily communication)
• Hybrid work model – regular presence in our Warsaw office required

Nice to have:

• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, Freshdesk, or similar)
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and endpoint protection
• Experience in a digital agency, software house, or consulting environment
• Knowledge of network infrastructure basics (DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge
