– Strong knowledge of Windows 11 configuration and troubleshooting
– Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
– Basic understanding of networking concepts
– Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems (e.g. ClickUp)
– Experience with tools such as asset management, patching, or email signature management is an advantage
– Fluency in English; experience supporting English-speaking users is a plus
– Structured, well-organised working style with strong communication skills
– Relevant IT education, training, or professional certifications
