Join a team responsible for maintaining and improving critical banking systems. Your role will involve incident management, supporting production deployments, system monitoring, and proposing automation and process improvements. You’ll work in an international Agile environment with complex system flows and integration points.
Location: Gdańsk or Łódź,
Hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
responsibilities :
Support the team with daily operational tasks and low-priority incidents
Investigate production incidents: gather logs, analyze performance, and collaborate with infrastructure teams
Plan and execute production deployments with project and application management teams
Contribute to root cause analysis and propose preventive actions
Identify and implement improvements and automation in tools and processes
Support release planning, verify requirements, and validate test results
Maintain an end-to-end view of system flows and dependencies
requirements-expected :
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent hands-on experience
Solid understanding of IT system deployment, monitoring, and logging in production environments
Experience with incident, problem, and change management (preferably ITIL v3)
Familiarity with SQL (must-have)
