Project

We are looking for candidates for the IT Operation Specialist position to support applications in the Customer Engagement – Corporate Service Domain. If you have experience in application management and want to work in an international environment, this job is for you!

What Youll Be Doing

• Support applications to ensure their availability and proper functioning
• Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support for international users
• Automate processes and optimize application management
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents and problems
• Collaborate with international IT teams

Expected competences and knowledge

• Application management experience – several years of experience in application maintenance (2nd/3rd level support) for international users
• Operating systems knowledge: Linux and Windows Server OS
• Experience with Kubernetes environment management

Nice to have

• Process automation – knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Bamboo)
• Good understanding of ITIL v3
