Troubleshooting IT problems according to the Standard Operating Procedures and previous trainings
Ticket Management System handling
Desktop/Laptop support
Handling Infrastructure Move/Add/Change requests
Managing and Maintaining Telephone System/Printer/Scanner/Fax etc.
Support for: Windows 10, 11, Microsoft 365 products; Browsers plus third-party packages
Deploying new equipment Including racking, patching, cabling, labeling and configuration
Cooperation with 1st & 3rd line support team and 3rd party staff to coordinate IT activities
Escalation of requests in accordance with support process
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Proficiency in English
