About the role We are looking for an IT Onboarding Support Specialist with 2 years of experience to support technology onboarding for new hires across Europe. This role is fully focused on end-user onboarding and device readiness — no infrastructure support involved . You will work as part of a small, dedicated core team (2 people) within a larger global IT organization, with regular on-site presence in the Warsaw office (approx. 40 employees). Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end IT onboarding for new hires across multiple European locations Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops using Microsoft Autopilot Ensure devices are ready for day-one use, including applications, access, and compliance Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and internal stakeholders Provide user support related to onboarding, devices, and access issues Maintain accurate onboarding and equipment records in IT systems Support offboarding and role changes from an IT perspective Requirements 2 years of experience in IT support or IT onboarding Hands-on experience with Microsoft Autopilot (mandatory) Strong knowledge of end-user environments (Windows, Microsoft 365) Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site in Warsaw) Comfortable working in a small core team Strong organizational and communication skills Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
