Be the face of IT by providing support to mission-critical applications, infrastructure, and advanced support for end users on a global level. The OSS team additional will be responsible for procuring, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning of IT equipment. Additionally telephony support as required. IT agreements/invoicing and remote support of sites as required.
responsibilities :
Advanced troubleshooting of technology issues;
Procure, configure, deploy, decommission various IT equipment;
Telephony support as needed;
Manage local IT agreements where necessary;
Handle IT Invoicing where necessary;
Remote support of sites as needed;
Support in development of internal application;
Support in Autodesk applications;
Intrastat reporting;
Manage LAN network in different locations;
Partner with both end users, Service Desk, and Infrastructure teams to deliver timely, accurate and robust solutions.
requirements-expected :
Some formal education in IT preferred;
3+ years in service desk/advanced experience;
Experience in managing a local network;
Experience in troubleshooting systems;
Proficient with Windows OS, standard technologies;
Familiar with range of software and hardware ;
Able to communicate effectively with external partners, suppliers and vendors;
Able to communicate effectively with internal users and IT staff;
Able to communicate in Polish and English.
