Provide on-site technical support across the Distribution Center, ensuring full availability of IT hardware (handhelds, scanners, printers, workstations, thin clients, network equipment, server room devices, etc.).
Perform regular hardware maintenance, inspections, basic repairs, configuration, and replacement of IT equipment used in warehouse operations.
Manage IT inventory including ordering, tracking, lifecycle management, and documentation of all IT assets located in the DC.
Act as remote hands for central IT teams (network, infrastructure, WMS, service desk), performing tasks such as device resets, cabling checks, equipment replacements, patching, and troubleshooting steps.
Support operational continuity of the Blue Yonder Discrete WMS environment by assisting with hardware-related and first-line WMS issues.
Support implementation of IT changes, upgrades, and small-scale projects within the DC.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and health & safety requirements within local IT operations.

Technical secondary education or higher education in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Experience in IT support, preferably in warehouse, logistics, production, or distribution center environments.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, device maintenance, and end‑user support.
Experience working with WMS, industrial devices, or RF equipment is an advantage.
English - working proficiency.
Understanding of IT hardware (PCs, printers, RF scanners, industrial devices, access points, routers, cabling).
