To support our future growth around the globe, we are building a new IT Delivery Center in Poland to extend our global IT department. The IT Office Manager will build, lead, and develop our IT Delivery team in Krakow.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire, manage, and coordinate (internal and external) IT personnel for global implementation and rollout projects. The intention is that you build a team with the following example functions: Business Consultants, Software Developers, Administrators, Data Analysts, Support Personnel, and others.
• Be a strong partner for our business departments and, together with your team, ensure the companys developments and operations are running smoothly.
• Plan, design, and implement high-quality features for our IT applications in collaboration with the internal IT product teams.
• Create a framework for the team to achieve common goals, grow through challenges, promote personal development, and provide a home for the whole team.
• Work within the scope of Viegas global IT Strategy and operate under the guidance of the headquarter leadership team.

Your Profile:

• A successfully completed degree in computer science or a similar qualification is the basis for your tasks.
• You have several years of professional and management experience in the IT environment and would now like to take responsibility for a branch office.
• You are able to communicate fluently in German, English, and Polish, both spoken and written.
• You are a charismatic leader who can inspire and develop employees.
• You are characterized by your analytical, conceptual, and communication skills. You handle your daily tasks with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
