Your responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute market entry strategies for key international markets (US, Europe, Arabic region).
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure high-value business opportunities.
  • Consultative Solution Design: Analyze client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Business-Centric Communication: Translate technical processes into tangible business benefits.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Proposal Development: Craft customized proposals addressing client needs.
  • Lead Generation: Design and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle for complex IT projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage strategic client relationships.
  • Performance Analysis: Provide insightful performance reports and drive process improvements.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Global Brand Representation: Represent the company at international trade shows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Leadership Development: Transition to Head of Sales, building and leading a sales team (after meeting goals).

Our requirements

  • Proven Business Development (min. 5 years): Track record of driving new IT business growth, especially in international markets.
  • Software House Experience: Must have min. 2 year selling custom software development services.
  • Lead Generation Mastery: Expertise in building and managing effective sales funnels.
  • Strategic Networking: Ability to leverage your network for leads and partnerships.
  • Digital Sales Proficiency: Skilled in CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital marketing.
  • Fluent Business Communication: C1 English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
  • Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Skilled in closing deals and presenting offers.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
  • Technical Communication Clarity: Translating complex solutions into understandable terms.
  • Independent & Proactive: Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Adaptability & Strategic Vision: Open to change and capable of aligning with business objectives.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
