Maintain, support and further develop the network environment, including the Data Center and office locations
Implement and maintain network solutions, including VLAN, BGP, ACLs and related network components
Implement and maintain firewalls, including ACL configuration, routing, firmware upgrades, VPN, syslog and general firewall operations
Support Disaster Recovery procedures
Provide operational support to the team in maintaining IT infrastructure services
Monitor IT infrastructure using SolarWinds or similar monitoring tool
Coordinate and work efficiently with external partners/vendors to ensure smooth operations of internal tools
Actively participate in IT projects and contribute to successful implementation
Provide second-level support resolving tickets in Jira
requirements-expected :
Higher education, preferably in a technical/IT field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in administering IT network infrastructure
Experience with implementing and maintaining network solutions using Ruckus (or Cisco/Extreme), including VLAN, BGP, ACLs and strong overall networking knowledge
Experience in implementing and maintaining firewalls (Cisco or similar), including ACL configuration, routing, firmware upgrades, VPN and syslog administration
Experience supporting Disaster Recovery procedures with VMware SRM; knowledge of Veeam for disaster recovery is an advantage
Experience building network infrastructure from scratch, including SD-WAN solutions
Very good command of English (German, Polish or French is a plus)
Strong communication and documentation skills, including Jira
Proactive, structured work approach and ownership of assigned tasks, processes and documentation
Willingness to grow professionally and collaborate effectively within the team
Willingness to travel (once per quarter), driving license would be a plus
