Serving ROCKWOOL Group with digital expertise, you and your team will ensure a smart and seamless experience in the interactions between internal colleagues, customers, stakeholders, and vendors. What you will be doing

  1. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network issues, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtime and maximize network performance.
  2. Implement network changes and upgrades while adhering to change management processes and minimizing disruption to end-users.
  3. Daily operation of Cisco network solutions, including SDWAN and SDA.
  4. Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  5. Implement and maintain network security measures and intrusion prevention systems, using Cisco FMC.
  6. Policy configuration in Cisco ISE according to requirements, 802.1X implementation, deployment of Cisco Trustsec and SGTs.
  7. Monitor network performance and proactively identify and address bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and capacity limitations.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, promoting knowledge sharing and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Due to Global presence in this international organization, the candidate needs to be willing to travel up to 30 days per year.

What you bring

  1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Experience as a network engineer or similar role, with a focus on implementation and maintenance of Cisco network products.
  3. Holder of CCNP or CCNA certificate.
  4. Knowledge and experience in services supporting network functionality (DHCP, DNS), routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), switching technologies (e.g., VLANs, STP, VTP), stateful packet inspection, Cisco FMC, and Cisco ISE.
  5. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or similar.
  6. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve network issues effectively.
  7. Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
  8. Minimum basic experience in wireless, preferably Cisco 9800-series WLCs.
  9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Professional working proficiency in English and Polish.
  11. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
