IT Migration Project Manager Miejsce pracy: Gdynia Technologies we use Optional Oracle About the project Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (2-3 days per week from the office) As a Migration Project Manager, youll be responsible for the overall governance and stability of both lower and higher environments used by the Customer, Migration and ADS (Arrangement Directory Services) ART within the Core Banking Program. The ART prepares and delivers seamless account migrations from legacy ledger systems to the new platform with minimal customer impact, implements system improvements and defect fixes, performs data cleansing to ensure complete and accurate customer records enabling new product offerings and migrations, and provides the full set of arrangements supporting consumer usage of ADS. Your responsibilities Defining environment requirements and coordinating procurement, configuration, refreshes, imports, and ongoing maintenance with environment providers End-to-end ownership of lower (Dev, Test) and higher (PreProd) migration environments, including planning, scheduling, governance, and user access management Proactively managing dependencies, risks, and cross-ART scheduling conflicts to secure smooth delivery across the program Driving collaboration with internal teams (Retail Technology Services, Core legacy teams, Test teams) and managing vendors to ensure timely environment setup and support Maintaining transparency and control by keeping environment-related Jira items, enablers, and external dependencies properly tracked and up to date Supporting Production Go Live events (including weekends) and ensuring readiness through Trial Conversions and Final Dress Rehearsals Our requirements Several years of experience successfully managing IT projects or services within complex IT landscapes Fluent English (used in daily communication) Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and presentation skills Ability to understand technical aspects of environments and effectively resolve issues in cooperation with managers and technical experts Experience with or solid understanding of Agile methodologies Proactive and systematic mindset Optional Familiarity with Oracle technologies (e.g., WebLogic, ExaData) or Temenos Transact products This is how we organize our work This is how we work at the clients site Team members automated test programmer What we offer You can expect a flexible work organization The international work environment will give you the opportunity to interact with the English language on a daily basis Scandinavian organizational culture will provide you with work-life balance, you will gain time for additional training (financed by Jit) The Jit community will bring you a nice time during regular integration meetings Recruitment stages HR Interview Technical talk Meeting with The Client The Offer Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
