IT Managing Director

Your responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing the business strategy for the OT/IT industry,
  • Managing a team (technical – sales – logistics), focusing on project management, performance, and business efficiency,
  • Forming OT/IT project teams and select technologies for Clients,
  • Managing the companys budget,
  • Reporting and monitoring the achievement of the companys business goals,
  • Motivating and providing substantive and organizational support to employees in their tasks,
  • Participating in industry events.

Position Goals:

  • 1 month: Familiarize yourself with Company’s business model, core values, and company culture. Analyze the existing business strategies, ongoing projects, and current performance metrics. Set up one-on-one meetings to understand individual roles, expectations, and areas for improvement.
  • 3 months: Formulate initial strategic initiatives aimed at improving business performance and efficiency. Foster a collaborative environment within the team to ensure seamless communication and project management. Implement a performance tracking system to monitor progress against these KPIs.
  • 6 months: Ensure alignment of all departments with the new strategy and monitor its impact. Streamline business processes and operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. Expand the client portfolio by identifying and targeting new market segments.

12 months: Meet or exceed the financial targets set for the year, including revenue growth, profit margins, and cost management.  Increase Company’s market share and presence in the OT/IT industry. Identify and invest in growth opportunities, such as new technologies, partnerships, or acquisitions

We require:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the IT industry,
  • Fluency in both English and Polish,
  • Higher education in management, economics, or marketing; additional MBA studies will be a strong asset,
  • Practical experience in team (at least 10 people) and IT project management,
  • Knowledge of operational and financial management,
  • Experience in creating and implementing business strategies,
  • Proven track record in developing a client portfolio in the OT/IT industry,
  • Experience in project work, particularly in strategic management, scheduling, and budgeting,
  • Ability to manage projects and conduct commercial negotiations,
  • High analytical skills and problem-solving abilities,
  • Awareness of current technological and IT trends and solutions,
  • Knowledge of uKSC, NIS2, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and PZP law,
  • Knowledge of process standardization in the OT/IT area,
  • Driving license category B.

Recruitment process steps:

  3. Present your skills and experience in the cosmetics industry during the competency interview (50-70 minutes).
  4. Meet your potential Supervisor-Employer online (about 60 minutes).
  5. Complete a recruitment task that confirms your competencies.
  6. Present your work results at a personal meeting at the Employer’s headquarters in Warsaw.
  7. Agree on cooperation terms with the Employer.
  8. Start the onboarding process under the guidance of a professional and with the support of a committed Team.
